Get on the Map with AE Player Rewards in 2021!

Beginning in spring 2021, Accel Entertainment is launching our new loyalty program: AE Player Rewards. AE Player Rewards is designed to differentiate your location in the eyes of your patrons by rewarding their increased loyalty, drive increased visits as members chase exclusive status levels, and reward our best patrons with exclusive prizes and opportunities.  So why should your location join our loyalty program?

Based on a recent survey of Illinois video gaming players, 80% of players are interested in more ways to win than just from slot play. Plus, three out of four players surveyed had participated in an Accel Entertainment giveaway in the past. With almost 70,000 contacts in our current player database, we have a vast quantity of potential loyalty members willing to sign up.

With AE Player Rewards, locations will have access to our Accel Loyalty Engine. Find information on patron data and playing habits, craft meaningful text messages and email campaigns to be sent directly to your patrons, and run in-house promotional giveaways. Also, receive one-on-one marketing support from our in-house marketing experts.

Participating locations in AE Player Rewards will also receive new complimentary promotional marketing materials to encourage player participation in the loyalty program. Plus, opportunities for exclusive marketing events uniquely tailored to your location. These events are created to help foster brand loyalty and increase foot traffic in your location.

So how will AE Player Rewards work? First, patrons sign up for a free AE Player Rewards membership at a kiosk starting March 1, 2021. Rewards members can then check in  once per hour at any participating location through a kiosk or the AE Player mobile app for a chance to win cash prizes and build their status level. Rewards Members can raise their status levels (Member, Silver or Gold) by check ins s, exclusive invitation, or through Instant Win opportunities!

AE Player Rewards will have monthly and quarterly drawings with large cash prizes to be won by lucky individuals. Each drawing will have winners – from Northern Illinois  and Southern Illinois location. Plus, there will be exciting Instant Win opportunities throughout the prize periods! In the future, members will be able to earn points to redeem towards additional rewards, prizes and VIP events.
