Here, you will be able to download Accel branded materials for use in advertisements, marketing or co-op promotional giveaways. Please carefully read the following requirements for downloading and using these materials. Once you have read and understand all requirements, you may complete the form below to access our branded materials.

NOTE: In order to seek reimbursement from Accel for the use of these branded materials in an advertisement, social media or promotional giveaway (also called “co-op marketing”), EVERY one of the below listed requirements must be met. There will be no exceptions made. If every requirement is not met, or if you use Accel branded materials without seeking approval from Accel as laid out herein, you will pay all costs associated with such advertisements.

Prior to Location’s use of these Accel branded materials in connection with a co-op promotional giveaway, please note that Location must sign Accel’s “Promotional Giveaway General Letter Agreement” and obtain Accel’s prior approval in connection with the promotion and its costs.

**At any time, if Accel is notified or directed by the Illinois Gaming Board (“IGB”) that it may not participate in co-op marketing as described here, no reimbursement will be made, despite any costs that may have been incurred by a location at the time of the IGB’s notification or direction.**

REQUIREMENTS FOR CO-OP MARKETING

• Total artwork/content on any one advertisement may be approved on a 25%/33%/50% basis split between a location and Accel.
• For example, if Accel is represented on 25% of the advertisement, Accel can only reimburse for 25% of the overall cost.
• Location's share of the content is specific to the location's offerings, and could feature, for example, a gaming special, food special, drink special, event details, location's address and operating hours, or a special attribute or quality of the location. Accel's share of the content will be specific to Accel and its video gaming business and will NOT include any detail about a location itself, including a location's name/address, etc.
• Accel may reimburse an applicable percentage (depending on overall content representation) for co-op artwork if free play references are included on Accel's portion of the advertisement, so long as the location pays for 100% of the cost of the actual free play.
• The final artwork (both Accel and location’s portions) MUST be pre-approved by Accel’s Marketing and Compliance Departments. If the artwork is not pre-approved (PRIOR TO PRODUCTION/PRINTING), Accel will NOT reimburse a location. No exceptions.
• The cost of the advertisement or promotional giveaway must be pre-approved by Accel’s Marketing Department. If the cost is not pre-approved, Accel will NOT reimburse a location. No exceptions.
• Accel may ONLY reimburse a location for the applicable percentage of the cost of the advertisement. Accel will not send payment to a location’s third-party vendors. It is a location’s responsibility to pay its vendor for the full amount up front and seek reimbursement from Accel thereafter. The location must submit sufficient documentation (i.e. receipts, paid invoice) detailing the costs paid to support reimbursement.

Please note, you will need to get cost and artwork pre-approval for EACH advertisement and co-op promotional giveaway the location wants to run/conduct, even if the marketing features the same artwork and/or costs as a previous ad and/or the promotional giveaway is the same or similar to a previously-conducted giveaway.

Disclaimer and Release regarding Accel Entertainment Artwork and/or Logo

By clicking “yes,” I attest that I am the owner, officer and/or video gaming manager of the Licensed Establishment (“Licensed Establishment”), and I hereby acknowledge and agree that the logo and/or artwork that I am downloading off the Accel Entertainment Gaming, LLC website and/or that which has been sent to me by an Accel employee (“Accel artwork”) belongs to Accel, is federally registered and its use is protected. I understand that I have been given limited permission to use the Accel artwork for the sole purpose of advertising video gaming at my Licensed Establishment and that this permission does not equate to ownership and confers no rights, titles or interests.

I understand and acknowledge that by using the Accel artwork, I am responsible for representing Accel in a favorable light. I agree to use the Accel artwork as provided and will not make any modifications thereto. Should Accel request that changes be made to any advertisements or media featuring Accel artwork, I agree that I will make promptly make changes accordingly. If changes are not made, I understand that Accel has the right to pursue action against me. I understand and acknowledge that Accel has the right, in its sole discretion, to require my disuse of the Accel artwork at any time, for any reason. In the event that Accel notifies me to discontinue the use of the Accel artwork, I agree to promptly cease the use thereof and pull any advertisements or media as necessary. I understand and acknowledge that Accel is not responsible for any fees (cancellation or other) related to its requirement that I discontinue using the Accel artwork.

I understand and acknowledge that Accel will NOT reimburse or pay me for any advertising or media now known or hereinafter created with the Accel artwork for which I did not receive pre-approval from Accel.

I understand and acknowledge that if Accel is notified or directed by the IGB that it may not participate in co-op marketing as described here, no reimbursement will be made, despite any costs that may have been incurred by me at the time of the IGB’s notification or direction.

I attest that I have the full authorization to sign on behalf of the Licensed Establishment. I hereby release and hold harmless Accel from any liability stemming from my use of the Accel artwork.
